As a new Australian service, we’re discounting our first itineraries and adding extra revisions and direct planner access so early travellers get more support, not less. Prices move to standard rates once we’ve delivered our first cohort of itineraries.
How much does it cost?
Every package is a flat fee, shown upfront above — currently Getaway $149, Signature Journey $299, Grand Voyage $549 at Founding Traveller pricing. No hidden costs, no commission-based upselling.
Is the planning fee refundable?
The planning fee covers the research and design time we put into your itinerary, so it’s non-refundable once we begin work. If we can’t deliver, we’ll always make it right.
How long does it take?
5 business days for Getaway and Signature Journey packages from when we receive your details. Grand Voyage itineraries are prioritised and timelines are confirmed at kickoff.
Do you book flights and hotels for me?
We design the itinerary and recommend accommodation and experiences — you book directly, so you keep full control and never pay a hidden commission. We’re happy to guide you through booking if needed.
What if I want changes after I receive my itinerary?
Every package includes revision rounds (see above). Extra rounds can be added for $79 each.
Do I pay before or after I get my itinerary?
The planning fee is paid upfront to start your itinerary — this lets us dedicate real time to your trip from day one.
