1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of voyana.com.au and any itinerary planning service purchased from Voyana (“we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting an enquiry or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Service
Voyana provides personalised, digital travel itinerary planning for a flat, upfront fee. We are an itinerary planning service — we are not a travel agency, and we do not make, hold or manage bookings on your behalf.
3. Enquiries & Proposals
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create a contract between us. A booking is confirmed only once you have selected a package and payment has been received.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees are as displayed on our Packages & Pricing page at the time of your enquiry and are payable upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices may change for future engagements without notice.
5. Delivery
Your itinerary is delivered digitally within the timeframe stated for your chosen package, once we have received all the trip details we need from you. Complex or multi-destination itineraries may take longer.
6. Revisions
Each package includes a number of revision rounds, as described on our Packages & Pricing page. Additional revisions beyond this may incur an extra fee, which we’ll always confirm with you first.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel before we’ve started work on your itinerary, we’ll refund your fee in full. Once work has begun, fees are generally non-refundable, as our time and research has already been committed. If something’s gone wrong, email us at hello@voyana.com.au — we’ll always try to find a fair outcome.
8. We Don’t Book Your Travel
Voyana does not book flights, accommodation, tours, transport or insurance on your behalf. Any bookings are made directly by you with third-party providers, under their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party price changes, cancellations, availability, or service issues. You are responsible for independently checking visa, passport, vaccination, travel insurance and any other entry requirements before you travel.
9. Accuracy of Information
Our recommendations are based on information available at the time your itinerary is prepared. Travel conditions, prices, opening hours and entry requirements can change — please independently verify key details before you travel.
10. Intellectual Property
Itineraries are prepared for the personal use of the purchasing traveller only, and may not be resold, published or redistributed without our permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyana is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts, omissions or failures of third-party travel providers, or for events outside our reasonable control.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
